Show Notes

Oscar Robertson had some negative things to say about Curry and the Warriors. Naturally, we disagreed with it.

Steve Kerr, a great in a past era himself, disagreed too.

Compilation of all the times (as of last Friday) that Steph Curry hit a shot from twenty-eight feet out.

A point I love from Patrick is that the Warriors actively taking advantage of Curry's range is an example of good coaching.

Good 538 post of Steph Curry's absurd three-point record this season.

Discussion on our changes to the position adjustment to the Wins Produced and Points over Par formulas. As Patrick puts it: "There's been a lot of position bleed, but the game is nowhere close to positionless."

We talk Hassan Whiteside and the stupidity of "empty stats."

In the past 40 years, Whiteside has half of the triple-doubles w/ blocks off the bench. Why he's on the bench again?

We've discussed Whiteside's contract situation before. Why would he want to stick around with the Heat next year?

Shout Outs

Patrick shouts out Coach Nick (@bballbreakdown). He has some excellent videos on Steph Curry and if the Cavs are any different under Lue. Also, if you play ball, Nick's advice on shooting is great too.

Brian shouts out the great Twitter exchange the Warriors made mocking their haters.
